Cancellation Policy
Full payment of $200 is due at the time of booking to secure your session Payment is non-refundable as these are limited Mother’s Day promotional sessions Sessions may be rescheduled once if needed (weather/emergency permitting) Sessions include one (1) outfit and one (1) location only Sessions are open to all mothers Each session includes a minimum of 25 professionally edited images delivered via online gallery Galleries will be delivered on or before Mother’s Day (May 10th 2026) A mini tulip bundle provided by Lutey’s is included with each session A "Sweet Moments Mini Box" by CharYooperie is included with each session Turnaround time and delivery guarantee apply only to sessions booked within the promotional window The Captured Co. reserves the right to reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances
