Cancellation Policy
THE CAPTURED CO. – BASE TERMS & CONDITIONS By booking, Client agrees to the following: Booking & Payment: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session. The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior. Deposits are non-refundable, with exceptions at The Captured Co.’s discretion. Up to two reschedules are allowed based on availability; additional requests are not guaranteed. Clients must arrive 10 minutes early. Late arrival may reduce session time. Cancellation: Clients may request cancellation in writing at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. All payments made up until that point remain non-refundable. Sessions: Session length, outfits, and locations are based on the selected package. Requests outside scope may require an upgrade. Delivery: Sneak peeks may be provided. Final delivery timelines: Weddings up to 8 weeks, Elopements up to 6 weeks, Portraits up to 4 weeks. Images: Packages include a minimum number of images. Additional images may be delivered at the photographer’s discretion. No maximum is guaranteed. Editing: The Captured Co. retains full creative control. Images are delivered in the brand’s style. No RAW images will be provided. Client Responsibility: Clients must be on time and prepared. The photographer is not responsible for uncooperative subjects or appearance issues. Weather: Sessions proceed unless deemed unsafe by the photographer. Usage: The Captured Co. retains copyright. Clients receive personal use rights only. Images may not be altered or used commercially. Promotional Use: Images may be used for marketing unless otherwise requested in writing. Liability: Liability is limited to the total amount paid. Agreement: Booking confirms acceptance of these terms.
