Cancellation Policy

By booking with The Captured Company LLC, you acknowledge and agree to our booking policies and the terms outlined in your Service Agreement. Your date is not officially reserved until all required booking information, payment/retainer, and signed agreement have been received. Payments, cancellations, rescheduling, late arrivals, travel, gallery delivery, additional coverage, and other service-specific terms are subject to the policies listed in your signed agreement. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time, and late arrival may reduce photography coverage. Clients are responsible for obtaining any required permits, permissions, or location access unless otherwise agreed upon. The Photographer reserves the right to reschedule, pause, or discontinue services due to unsafe conditions, severe weather, inappropriate conduct, or circumstances outside of reasonable control. By completing your booking, you confirm that you have reviewed and agree to these policies and understand that your signed Service Agreement contains the full terms of service.
