Cancellation Policy
THE CAPTURED CO. – MATRIMONY (WEDDING & ELOPEMENT) TERMS & CONDITIONS By booking wedding or elopement photography services with The Captured Co. LLC, Client agrees to the following: Retainer & Payment: A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date (30% for weddings, 50% for elopements). The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event. Late payments may result in cancellation at the photographer’s discretion. Cancellation: Clients may request cancellation in writing at least 48 hours prior to the event. All payments, including the retainer, remain non-refundable. Rescheduling: Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is permitted only at the sole discretion of The Captured Co. and based on availability. Coverage: Coverage time, locations, and deliverables are based on the selected package. Additional time may be available at an hourly rate if approved. Overtime: Coverage beyond contracted time is billed at $150/hour and must be approved by the client. Timeline & Cooperation: Clients must provide a finalized timeline at least 2 weeks prior to the event and designate a point of contact. The photographer is not responsible for missed moments due to delays or lack of cooperation. Meal & Breaks: For events exceeding 6 hours, a meal or stipend must be provided. The photographer is entitled to reasonable breaks. Delivery: Sneak peeks may be included depending on the selected package. Final gallery delivery timelines: Weddings up to 8 weeks, Elopements up to 6 weeks. Images: Packages include a minimum number of images. Additional images may be delivered at the photographer’s discretion. No maximum number is guaranteed. Editing: The Captured Co. retains full creative control. Images are delivered in the brand’s signature style. No RAW images will be provided. Second Shooter / Associate: The photographer may assign a second shooter or associate. All work is edited and delivered by The Captured Co. Weather & Force Majeure: The photographer is not liable for circumstances beyond control, including weather, illness, or emergencies. Reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule or adjust coverage. Usage: The Captured Co. retains full copyright. Clients receive personal use rights only. Images may not be altered or used commercially. Promotional Use: Images may be used for marketing unless otherwise requested in writing. Liability: Liability is limited to the total amount paid. Agreement: Booking confirms acceptance of these terms.
