Cancellation Policy

By booking bridal services with The Captured Company LLC, you acknowledge and agree to our bridal policies and the terms outlined in your Service Agreement. Your wedding or elopement date is not officially reserved until the required retainer, booking information, and signed agreement have been received. Final payment must be received by the due date listed in your agreement. Coverage begins and ends at the contracted times. Additional coverage requested on the wedding day is subject to Photographer availability and is billed at **$350 per hour**. Payment for additional coverage must be received within 7 days of the wedding and nonpayment may result in delayed or withheld gallery delivery. Clients are responsible for obtaining any required permits, permissions, venue access, or photography approvals unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. A final wedding-day timeline must be provided and agreed upon no later than two weeks before the event. Significant timeline changes, delays, lack of cooperation, or failure to provide an agreed-upon timeline may affect coverage and the Photographer cannot guarantee every requested moment will be captured. Events exceeding four hours of coverage include two 15-minute photographer breaks. Clients are responsible for ensuring reasonable access to food, water, and breaks as outlined in their agreement. By completing your booking, you confirm that you have reviewed and agree to these policies and understand that your signed Service Agreement contains the complete terms of service. In the event of a conflict, the signed Service Agreement will control.
