Marquette was already such a magical part of our summer. It was a completely random destination for us, but somehow turned into one of those trips you know your family will talk about forever. Not only is Sabrina professional but so personable and easy to be around which is so important for a photo session. The photographer can make or break a session, Sabrina exceeded my expectations. We all felt very comfortable and relaxed being photographed by her. We could be ourselves and any idea I had for poses or spots she was always receptive and was not the type to control the session. She would give her professional input on poses, where to stand, best for lighting etc, she would think of all those while trying to capture the photos. She was so patient and sweet with my kids who weren’t fully cooperating, she was still able to capture all the little moments and make sure our photos were everything and more! About Me
Welcome, I’m Sabrina. A 28-year-old wife, mother, and founder of The Captured Company. Being raised in Northern Michigan gave me a deep appreciation for the beauty of community, along with teaching me to respect and appreciate the nature I was surrounded by.
As a proud Mexican-American, my heritage and culture shaped both who I am and how I approach my craft. A phrase that impacts all my session dynamics is "Mi casa es su casa," which translates to "My house is your house." I want every interaction to reflect that. Making a welcoming and comfortable environment, wherever that may be, is something that I take pride in.
When I’m capturing photos, I view it as an opportunity to document the authentic relationships, emotions, and connections that matter. In the moments you shouldn't forget. When you trust me to preserve your milestones, I capture your story, but also create a deeply personal piece of art true to you.
