Please note: Classic Wedding Collections include, but are not limited to, wedding days with a traditional ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, dinner, formal dances, speeches, or other scheduled wedding events. Elopement Collections are intended for smaller, simplified celebrations with a more relaxed timeline and fewer traditional wedding-day formalities.
If your wedding follows a traditional wedding-day structure, a Classic Wedding Collection will be required regardless of guest count.

To officially secure your wedding with The Captured Company, a signed contract and non refundable retainer are required. Classic weddings require a 35% retainer, while elopements require a 50% retainer, along with a signed contract. After both are received you have officially secured your wedding.

For classic weddings, the remaining balance is due one month before your wedding date. For elopements, the remaining balance is due two weeks before your elopement date.

Bridal galleries are typically delivered within 8–12 weeks of your wedding date. Sneak peeks are included but have no guaranteed turnaround time.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Retainers and any payments already made are non-refundable. If you cancel before your remaining balance has been paid, you will not be responsible for the unpaid portion of your package. Once your balance has been paid in full, all payments are non-refundable.
Documented emergencies or extraordinary circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
