Cancellation Policy

The Premium Senior Package is $425. For Black Friday, clients receive two complimentary gifts: • A graduation banner from Brushes & Banners by Lexi (choice of 3 preset designs; custom changes may include an additional fee). • Professional hairstyling by Olivia Wills at Cutters Edge. Hairstyling Terms: • Hair must be clean, dry, and free of heavy product before the appointment. • Client delays (late arrival, unprepped hair, etc.) may reduce styling time or result in a cancellation at the stylist’s discretion. • Complimentary styling applies to one senior and cannot be transferred. • Additional styling needs or upgrades may require an added fee. • The stylist may decline service for sanitation or safety concerns. • Missing or last-minute cancellations of the hair appointment may void the complimentary service. Service Area: This offer is valid only in Ishpeming, Negaunee, and Marquette. Sessions outside these cities do not qualify for the free gifts and will require standard travel fees. Package Includes: • Two outfits • Two locations • 50+ edited images • Priority editing turnaround • Full posing guidance • A personalized senior photoshoot experience Booking Requirements: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and redeem the Black Friday gifts. Remaining balance is due 48 hours before the session. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling must occur at least 48 hours prior and is subject to availability. Complimentary gifts are not guaranteed if the session is moved outside the promotional period. Weather or photographer emergencies will result in a rescheduled date. No-Shows: Failure to attend without notice results in cancellation with no refund. A new booking requires a new deposit. Turnaround Time: Client will receive a digital gallery of 50+ edited images. Priority editing is included; typical turnaround is 2–3 weeks. Image Usage: The Captured Co. may use images for portfolio or marketing unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the session. By booking, the client agrees to all terms above.
